YNPN Chicago is committed to providing resources to young nonprofit professionals. As part of this effort, we encourage nonprofit and public service organizations to post available positions so that our members and those in our network may apply.

Through our job board, your listing has the chance to get in front of our community of highly motivated and talented members, our newsletter subscriber list of more than 4,000, and our website visitors. 

Please read the below guidelines carefully. 

Jobs Board Guidelines:

  • Must be in the Chicagoland area or allow for remote working.

  • Positions must be with nonprofit organizations; foundations; associations; public service or government organizations; non-governmental organizations; positions which focus on corporate social responsibility; consulting firms or other businesses that might provide services to the social sector; or social entrepreneur organizations.

  • Must have salary information. Jobs submitted without an actual wage/salary or range will not be approved. Please do not enter $0, “salary commensurate with experience”, "negotiable," or similar.

  • Please do not submit unpaid internship or volunteer job posts. Paid internships are allowed. 

  • Please do not submit associate, auxiliary and/or junior board positions. Want to get the word out about your associate board? Reach out to All A-Board Alliance!

All listings undergo a review process by the YNPN Chicago Executive Board. We reserve the right to remove any post that does not align with our mission or any of the guidelines listed above. We update the Job Board once a week. 


Please keep responses succinct and link to the full listing. We will not post positions that do not have salary information. 

The Job Board gets updated once a week. Jobs submitted Friday through Sunday will get posted the following week. Please refrain from following up if your job has not been posted. Reach out to with any pressing concerns.
