You're Not An Imposter: A Membership MasterClass

Do you ever show up to work full of self-doubt? We’re not talking the natural kind where you’re apprehensive about trying something new; we mean the kind of self-doubt that makes you question if you deserve to be in the room or whether you got there by pure luck.

After several years of her career in India, and then moving to the US for a grad program in her 20s, Shruti Saxena entered the workforce with that pervasive sense of self-doubt, better known as imposter syndrome. But along her journey to Program Director at Chicago Public Schools, she realized so many of us question whether we belong in the spaces and places we’re in.

A fiercely passionate advocate for young social sector professionals, women, and people of color, Shruti is joining the YNPN community to lead our inaugural Membership Masterclass, teaching us how to identify imposter syndrome in our own lives so that we can overcome our inner voice of self-doubt every time it tries to hold us back.
