Nonprofit Finance 101

This session will be led by Dana Britto, a financial management consultant and advisor with over 15 years of experience working with nonprofit leaders across the country.  During this session, we'll discuss the importance of assessing nonprofit financial statements and how to accurately interpret these statements while also walking through how to calculate a few key performance indicators that are most critical to a nonprofit's financial health.  

The goal is to help you walk away from this session with a greater understanding of how to effectively interpret and communicate the financial story of a nonprofit with a greater appreciation for why this story matters.  No prior accounting or finance experience needed.  All are welcome!
