Too often, the nonprofit industry can be draining, emotionally and physically. We want to change that! Join YNPN's Creating Space Initiative for its new signature event series, where BIPOC professionals come together to build community and share thoughts around a specific theme without having to code-switch or cater to a white gaze. We know we often work harder, longer, and under more constraints than our white peers.
