Creating Space Initiative: Overcoming Imposter Syndrome

We are aiming to continue to build an inclusive system of support and community with  BIPOC professionals in the non-profit sector. As YNPN Chicago continues to grow, we want to make sure that our network is reflective of Chicago’s diverse community.   

The intended audience for Creating Space Initiative events are people of color. Join YNPN Chicago as we hear from a non-profit executive on her experience as a woman of color in the sector and gain lessons, insights, and strategies on coping with imposter syndrome in the workplace.
