IFYC is working to make interfaith cooperation the norm in America. We offer the tools, guidance, opportunities and networks needed to bring interfaith learning into their campuses, classrooms, research, and lives.

PROJECT SUMMARY
Since October, the Marketing & Communications team has been working with an outside consultant group to redesign and rebuild IFYC’s website. IFYC is scoped to populate the new website with all content, which involves both transporting data from one site to the other, and working with the Marketing & Communications team to populate the new website with newly-written content.

Responsibilities:
Work with the Marketing & Communications Manager to transition content from the previous website to the new website. This position will be responsible for populating a set of web pages with content, including design assets, written copy, and resources. Specific responsibilities include:

• Develop migration plan in coordination with broader website implementation project in partnership with the Marketing & Communications Manager
• Transition a set of resources from former website to new website
• Lead a detailed, organized content migration process, working with Marketing & Communications Manager and Director of Marketing & Communications to write and place content in its respective pages on the website.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure that their existing data conversion and integration needs within the website are met, and that the solution is within standards and guidelines
• Analyze functional requirements. Propose solutions based on requirements and identify gaps in requirements
• Enter and format data and catch errors when they occur
• Adhere to written and visual brand style guides

Qualifications
Qualifications:
• High school degree required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Understanding of and experience in developing, deploying, or supporting Web Content Management Systems (CMS), Drupal preferred
• Strong attention to detail and strong skills in written English
• Demonstrated project management experience and organizational skills
• Must have basic planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, time management, decision-making, and communication skills
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Drive
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus, but is not required
• Authorization to work in the United States

• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• General data competency to understand systems and tools, manage and maintain data information
• Passionate commitment to IFYC’s mission of making interfaith cooperation a social norm
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent skills in writing, editing content, and communication
• Knowledge related to computer technology, network infrastructure, and storage
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple ongoing projects
• Ability to set ambitious goals and independently pursue them
• Collaborative nature; flexibility and agility in problem-solving
