In the spring, YNPN Chicago delivers the premier gathering and networking event of the year for nonprofiteers, known simply as Celebration. This annual event includes drinks, appetizers, amazing raffle prizes, and an awards ceremony. In the spring, nominations and voting open for the Nonprofit Professional of the Year, Supervisor of the Year, Associate Board of the Year, and Nonprofit of the year.
Towards the end of the year, YNPN Chicago offers an annual holiday networking event, known as Holiday Social. For an affordable price, we invite young nonprofit professionals and supporters to enjoy an evening of socializing, complete with food, drinks, and holiday-themed activities. For the past several years, Revolution Brewpub in Logan Square has been our venue host.

YNPN Chicago occasionally charges for events to cover our costs, with the intention to keep fees as low as possible. Individual event fees are not meant to prevent any member or interested person from attending. Therefore, if you find that a particular cost prohibits your involvement, please contact our Executive Co-Chairs to learn about your eligibility for a hardship waiver.
