Refund Policy

YNPN Chicago does not offer refunds unless a program is canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. As a volunteer-run nonprofit organization, all event fees help support our work of providing programs and resources to young professionals. Thank you for understanding!

Waitlist Policy

We don’t have official waitlists for events. Additionally, for many professional development programs there are security protocols at the host venues which make it difficult to accommodate walk-ins. If you miss a sold-out program, be sure to keep an eye out on our website, as we often repeat popular events. You’re welcome to email to see if there is space, but we can’t guarantee availability for walk-ups or sold out events.

If you see an event of interest, we encourage you to buy tickets as soon as possible. Be sure to subscribe to our weekly newsletter to get the most up-to-date YNPN Chicago news and event listings.

Photography Release

By attending a YNPN Chicago event, the attendee grants YNPN Chicago permission to use his/her likeness in a photograph in any and all publications and materials without payment or consideration made to them. The attendee also releases YNPN Chicago of any liability, claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action arising from or connected in any way with the use of the photograph(s).

Hardship Policy

As part of our mission, YNPN Chicago aims to provide affordable professional growth opportunities to all nonprofit professionals and supporters. We keep event fees as low as possible and charge a fee that helps to cover our costs. Individual event fees are not meant to prevent any member or interested person from attending. Therefore, if you find that a particular cost prohibits your involvement, please fill out this form. To learn more about your eligibility for a hardship waiver contact our Executive Co-Chairs.
