Kelley Francis serves as Executive Director of Calculated Genius. Kelley is passionate about the intersection of education and entrepreneurship, as well as the advancement of educational and professional opportunities for every individual.

Calculated Genius is a nonprofit whose sole purpose is to educate and inspire young women and minorities in engineering.

Kelley grew up in the southwest suburbs of Chicago and graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she majored in Spanish and Business Administration with a concentration in International Business. Kelley enjoys traveling, going to theatre and musical productions, and most especially, spending time with her family.
