For the past four years, Annie has served as an Affiliate Engagement Director at Girls Inc., a national organization that inspires all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. She supports executives and boards across the county in capacity building, board development, strategic planning, and fund development.

Prior to joining Girls Inc., she worked at the local and national levels of Big Brothers Big Sisters. At the Kansas City Big Brothers Big Sisters, Annie served as Associate Program Director creating workflows with a focus on quality assurance and staff development that lead the first of many Agency of the Year awards. As Associate Director of Agency Performance Management for the National organization, Annie assisted Midwest agencies with leadership development, performance management, and child safety. She also directed a non-profit school of dance in Kansas City for 2 years where she was able to increase revenues and visibility in the community.

Annie works from her home office in Chicago and holds a Bachelor's of Social Work from the University of Kansas, and a Master's of Business Administration in Nonprofit Management from Rockhurst University.
