Join us for a morning pick-me-up, good conversation, and some up-close-and personal networking!
Date: Tuesday, May 8
Time: 7:45AM to 9:00AM
Location: Argo Tea, 16 W Randolph
As part of the Chicago Community Trust’s 2018 On the Table initiative, we invite you to take part in a conversation about the Chicago nonprofit community and its emerging leaders. Join us at this special edition of YNPN Chicago’s Morning Huddle! This event offers the opportunity to talk with other nonprofit professionals in a casual, small group setting.
Our driving questions will be:
- What can we do to create a stronger community of engaged nonprofit professionals in Chicago?
- How can emerging leaders drive change, individually and collectively?
- How can we identify and address challenges facing the nonprofit sector in Chicago?
What is On the Table?
On Tuesday May 8, thousands of Chicago-area residents will gather in small groups across the city to share a meal and discuss the challenges and opportunities we face. In its fifth year, annual region-wide initiative from the Chicago Community Trust is designed to elevate civic conversation, foster new relationships and create a unifying experience across the region.
What is a Morning Huddle?
These small group events are an opportunity to jump start your morning with connections and conversation. Morning Huddles are great for nonprofit professionals who work from home or have difficulty attending networking events after work.
Drop by Argo Tea (Randolph/State) Tuesday, May 8 between 7:45 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. This event is free to attend and includes a drink and pastry on us. Capacity is limited for this program, so snag your spot today!
The conversation takes place upstairs on the second floor. Registration includes one small tea or coffee. To redeem your beverage, please check in upstairs with YNPN Chicago volunteers before before stopping at the cafe counter. Remember your business cards!
