IIT's Advancing Career and Education (ACE) Program
Illinois Institute of Technology’s Stuart School of Business has pioneered and is perfecting a pre-internship program called the Advancing Career and Education (ACE) Program for its graduate students who assist local organizations with various projects. Students are required to complete 100 hours of project work over two semesters at an organization to enhance academic experiences through early exposure to business environments. As an academic program linked to students’ education, there is no cost to a partner as students cannot be compensated. Over the past 3 years several leading organizations such as American Hospital Association, Harris Bank, State Farm Insurance, Trinity Higher Education Corporation have benefitted from the services rendered by the students.
