This program includes:

- Recommended readings and resources to encourage expanded and independent learning.
Past Participant Feedback:

- “From the experiences shared by past and current Executive Directors, I have already learned what I want to emulate and mistakes I want to avoid.”
- “The coaching sessions served as a great time to reflect on my personal goals for professional growth. My coach helped me focus on next steps while also training me not to ‘bite off more than I can chew’.”

This unique new professional development opportunity exclusively for YNPN Chicago members featured its first program, “So You Want to be an Executive Director?” The program has evolved into a comprehensive leadership development program designed to teach the fundamentals to the next generation of Chicago nonprofit and public agency leaders.
